Shroomnobi is a tiny adventure game I created using Unreal Engine 4. I am responsible for all aspects of its development.

The protagonist of this game is a mushroom ninja named Nobi. I thought it would be interesting to allow the player to explore the world on such a small scale through the perspective of a tiny sentient mushroom.

Simple input for casting spells

Selection of props and foliage that make up the building blocks of the environment.

Although having a relatively small game world, Shroomnobi's environment is filled with lush vegetation and detail. In order to keep a steady frame rate and maintain memory requirements, the world map was strategically split up into sections that are stream loaded into memory as the player traverses the environment.
